CityU SCOPE is offering property management programme for the professional staff of Chinachem Group
The School of Continuing and Professional Education of City University of Hong Kong (CityU SCOPE) is launching a 12-month part-time Professional Diploma in Property Management Practices (PDPMP) Programme in September 2019 for the 50 property management staff of Chinachem Group to respond to the latest licensing development in the property management sector.
The programme is recognized as Level 4 under the Qualifications Framework, and students are eligible to apply for membership from the two Housing Professional Institutes: The Hong Kong Institute of Housing (HKIH) and Chartered Institute of Housing Asian Pacific Branch (CIH) upon successful completion of the programme and practical experience requirements. Furthermore, graduates by taking 3 more stipulated modules can serve as a prerequisite for Year 2 of CityU SCOPE Advanced Diploma in Facility and Property Management (ADFPM) Programme (12-month part-time).
To celebrate the collaboration, a ceremony was held on 5 September 2019 in the Admiralty Learning Centre of CityU SCOPE. It was our pleasure to have the Executive Director and CEO of Chinachem Group, Mr. Donald Choi together with the CityU SCOPE Director, Dr. Louis Ma as the officiating guests of the ceremony. In addition to the managerial and operating staff of both organizations, 50 PDPMP students from Chinachem Group also attended the ceremony. It was an enjoyable and memorable event to every participant.
