Introduction
CityU SCOPE organizes customized training programmes, including seminars, workshops and courses, for the business sector, NGOs, and government departments, to support their human resources development and sustainable growth. The first class of Professional Certificate in Effective Leadership and Management for Senior Immigration Officer (SIO) was held successfully from 8 to 12 March 2021 for Immigration Department of the HKSAR. 25 SIO enjoyed the inspired training by equipping theoretical and technical knowledge and skills in adaptive leadership and management in public sector.
