香港很多大機構都要求應徵者見工時需要先通過能力傾向測試 (Aptitude Test)，才可以有面試機會。學生發展事務組在2021年11月19日舉辦了「能力傾向測試」(Aptitude Test) 工作坊，由學生發展經理梁碧華女士為同學介紹何為能力傾向測試及常見類型。同學亦在工作坊上試做能力傾向測試題目，了解成功秘訣。

Overall, the lesson and class materials were prepared very well, included private company or even government test question style, the tutor explanation was very clear, this workshop is very useful. Best if the test papers can be allowed to be taken home for students’ practice after class. However, it is understandable that the test papers are available in the Career Centre and cannot be taken home due to copyright issue as explained by the Counsellor. |

今次工作坊能令我獲益良多.首先，拓寬我對能力傾向的認知，了解到不同公司有她們的要求，分數的高低只反映個人能力傾向。然而，工作坊涵蓋了筆試練習是十分實用.唯筆試環節可更長。.整體而言，此類工作坊值得我們參與，建議繼續舉辦延伸課程. |
